Location: Elm Street, near 8th Avenue South, Snohomish County, within Edmonds City limits
Size: 1.5 Acre

Status: Neighborhood Park / Zoned Public
Existing Facilities: Open lawn, views of Puget Sound
Deficiencies: Small site, minimal neighborhood park benefit
