Spin a Yarn
Located on Puget Sound in Edmonds Washington. A family owned yarn shop founded in 1971.
I had a great time here today learning about this shop. Another family owned business in Edmonds.
A little more about Spin a Yarn. Sandra is an artist first a knitter second, although it may be more in my mind now. Her mother and father are no longer in the shop. That leaves herself and her sister plus three very terrific friends working. Because this is her living her goal is to make it as pleasant as she is able. They freely give help and appreciate a smile – laughter is even better. Sandra stated that she is very fortunate to have the best of help, and appreciate their contributions beyond words. They have yarn closeouts, needlepoint bargains and on occasion other fiber related items of interest. In our regular needlework stock, discover hundreds of latch hook rug kits, needlepoint kits, yarns, exclusive hand painted needlepoint and knit designs, preworked needlepoint, children’s knit and latch hook sections plus a variety of special finds.
