Historic Cemetery “walk back in time” open house is held on the third Thursday of July. This event is free and held at the cemetery. It’s a day of costume’s and history about our Edmonds cemetery.
Historic Cemetery Walking Tour
The Edmonds Memorial Cemetery & Columbarium was placed on the Washington State Register of Historic Places in 1972. This cemetery is the resting place of many Edmonds pioneers, mayors and veterans from 6 different wars. The walking tour will help you learn about the history of the people that molded Edmonds into the kind of town that it is today. The historic cemetery walking tour can be a guided tour or done on your own.
